Description of Impact

The affiliate account creation process was at a standstill.

Incident Description and Resolution

Affiliate accounts from today, 6/2, should be mid-provision which would move their entitlements from requested to actual in MIM. We should see this appear after 1-2 sync cycles and we estimate it to be completed around 2:30/3:00 AM. Identity and Access Mgt team members will be working on Saturday to manually facilitate orphaned records through the system, but all new requests should process as usual.
