The web client for Onbase was down.

IS&T teams worked with the vendor to resolve the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a file that was updated by the vendor around 2:30pm that contained bad syntax. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
