Description of Impact
Boston University’s Zoom environment was unavailable. Clients who attempted to access bostonu.zoom.us or bu-hipaa.zoom.us encountered an error. Clients were also unable to start or join meetings.

The vendor has resolved the issue.

Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

This appears to be a company wide issue for zoom, we will provide updates as the vendor provides them.
