Description of Impact

From Microsoft: “Users may be unable to access Microsoft Teams. Users able to access Microsoft Teams may experience degraded performance with multiple features.”

Current Status

Microsoft has announced they are working on this global issue.

Possible Workarounds

Some clients have reported success when accessing Teams by phone. Also, using Teams via a browser appears to work. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/log-in to sign in and choose the browser option, if asked. Next Update: Upon resolution.
