Clients of Pronto via the Web were experiencing a variety of error messages and time outs.

Incident Description and Resolution

The vendor has resolved the issue — Pronto is now responsive both via web interface, and through their mobile apps.

The vendor is aware of the issues and is deploying fixes in an effort to resolve these issues.

Additional Information

Currently, clients should be able to access all of their groups via the Pronto: Team Communication mobile app for Android and iOS.
