Description of Impact
Clients were unable to access Blackboard Learn and encountered a ‘502 Bad Gateway’ error message after login.
Incident Description and Resolution
The vendor has resolved the incident, which impacted multiple Blackboard Learn environments hosted in the East Coast data center.

Clients are currently unable to access Blackboard Learn and upon successful login are encountering a ‘502 Bad Gateway’ error message.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. The vendor has been notified.

There are no current workarounds for this issue.
