Description of Impact
Some clients received a “connection attempt has timed out” error when attempting to connect to Cisco VPN.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have investigated the issue and found that most issues seem to self resolve.
Additional Information
We are still investigating the VPN environment .
If you continue to have repeated occurrence of this issue, even after restarting, our Network team requests that you send a new email to
IT Help Center with a screen shot of the Cisco VPN (AnyConnect) box, and the error message you receive. Thank you.
