Description of Impact

Videos hosted by MyMedia (Kaltura) were not playing in Blackboard.

Current Status

IS&T teams worked with the vendors, Blackboard and Kaltura, to resolve this issue.

Description of Impact

Videos hosted by MyMedia (Kaltura) are not playing in Blackboard.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but they have notified both vendors and are investigating. Clients are advised to direct their Blackboard students to view the videos on MyMedia directly
