Description of Impact

A vendor-related issue caused the Xfinity WiFi outage across multiple residential buildings.

Incident Description and Resolution

Comcast resolved the issue, as reported by the service provider – Instructed affected students may need to forget the Comcast network and reconnect. Comcast confirms they can see students on the network. Please direct any affected students to:

1) Go to xfinityoncampus.com

2) Enter their student credentials

3) Use the chat link at the bottom of the page. This should resolve their issues going forward.
