Description of Impact

Wired and wireless networking was unavailable at both Mugar Library and CAS.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a result of power maintenance at 675 Commonwealth Ave and an adjacent building.

Description of Impact

Wired and Wireless networking is experiencing an outage at Mugar Library. VoIP telephones, VDI (lab computers), and wired/wireless clients are currently unable to connect to the network.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
