Resolved: Blackboard Learn currently unavailable

Description of Impact
Clients were seeing the following error message when attempting to access Blackboard Learn; Incoming ShibSpoofCheck header is wrong: UNSET_SPOOF_KEY For reference, the Error ID is c100daa7-6405-4c64-bcce-75b8b7436f26. Full service has been restored.
Incident Description and Resolution
The vendor (Blackboard) has resolved the incident. Clients may need to clear their web browser cache prior to regaining access.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be an issue with authentication servers within the vendor’s environment.

Current Status
The vendor has identified the issue on their end and is working on implementing a fix.
Additional Information
The issue appears to be intermittent. Trying a new web browser, an incognito window or clearing the browser cache may allow clients to regain access.
