Description of Impact

Faculty were reporting an inability to create Blackboard Learn course sites through the Faculty Link. Additionally, the tool used to add student rosters to Blackboard Learn course sites was not functioning. Full service has been restored.

Description of Impact

Faculty are reporting an inability to create Blackboard Learn course sites through the Faculty Link. Additionally, the tool used to add student rosters to Blackboard Learn course sites is not functioning.

The current work-around is for the IT Help Center to create the Blackboard Learn course sites manually. The student rosters will load once this issue has been resolved.
