Description of Impact
Blackboard Learn access was intermittent. Some clients were seeing an error message (shibsp::ListenerException) when attempting to log in. Full service has been restored.Incident Description and Resolution

Currently, closing all open web browses, opening up a new browser, clearing the browser cache per the instructions at https://www.bu.edu/tech/support/browsers/clear-cache/ and trying again is working for some people.
