Description of Impact
MyFiles was unavailable to clients from the School of Law and for Virtual Desktop Thin Client Labs. A workaround is now available. See the Additional Information section below for details.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T has identified the cause of this issue and is the process of full remediation.
Additional Information
When logging in to the Thin Client lab at Mugar, saved documents may not appear on the desktop or under Documents in the Start menu. If that happens, your files are still available and you may access them via the “MyFiles” shortcut on the Desktop or by opening the M: drive (open Start menu, choose Computer, then open the M: drive under Network Location).
