Description of Impact

The ServiceNow IT service management tool was degraded and was running slowly. Clients received a message that said “Running..” and had to wait over 1 minute for a page to load.

Incident Description and Resolution

The vendor has resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The incident was caused by table rotations that failed for the vendor.

The ServiceNow IT service management tool is currently degraded and is running slowly. Clients receive a message that says “Running..” and may wait over 1 minute for a page to load.

Current Status

IS&T teams reported the incident to the vendor, who is expecting full service restoration shortly. Confirmation of full restoration is forthcoming.
