Description of Impact

The Live Classroom function of Blackboard Learn Online Campus was unavailable. Clients received the message “Internal Server Error (Error 500)” when attempting to start a Live Classroom session. All other functions were operating normally.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident with the vendor.
