Resolved: Clients may be occasionally prompted to log in to Exchange e-mail

This issue has been resolved. Please contact the IT Help Center if you are still being prompted to provide login credentials when using Outlook with Exchange.

Description of Impact

Clients may be prompted to log in every few minutes when using Exchange via Outlook.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of this incident, but are actively investigating.
