IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The affected load balancer has been corrected and service has returned to normal.

It was originally thought that just ServiceNow was affected, but services such as BU Google Mail are also affected.

ServiceNow is currently unavailable to unauthenticated staff.
Current Status
If you are currently working in ServiceNow, you will still be able to use the application. If you have not been authenticated, you should be able to access ServiceNow by 2:15PM today.
