Description of Impact
ServiceNow was degraded. The service was available, but took some time for pages to reload.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have confirmed that service has returned to normal. The vendor will continue to monitor for additional service degradation.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating with assistance from the vendor.
