Description of Impact

An ITIC Level 4 power sag on the utility power feed caused several circuit breakers to trip due to overcurrent on some circuits in the facility, resulting in a power outage in the MGHPCC computer room.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. - All affected services are restored to their full functional capabilities.
