Concur is still unavailable from www.bu.edu/buworkscentral, but is now available through www.bu.edu/mybuworks .

Current Status

Our IS&T teams have determined that Concur made a change that cannot be reversed which is interfering with our access to their platform through BU Works.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. Note that the phone app is working, but the website app returns a SSO error.
