Description of Impact
OnBase was intermittently unavailable. One of the two servers was experiencing issues and depending on which server a client was directed to by the load balancer, OnBase may have been unresponsive.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident. After restarting the environment, OnBase is performing as expected.

Description of Impact
OnBase is intermittently unavailable. One of the two servers is failing and depending on which server you are directed to by the load balancing upon logging in, OnBase may be working for you or not. Error messages vary by browser, but may include: “this page isn’t redirecting properly”, “server unavailable”, and “can’t reach this page”. The problem is not with your browser or browser cache but with the server hosted in the Cloud. This problem is affecting the Unity Client, Web Client and Outlook Clients for OnBase.
Current Status
In order to resolve the disrupt we may have to restart one or both of the servers which will boot everyone off of them. We are currently evaluating options.
