Description of Impact

Email delivery to @bu.edu addresses was delayed. During this time, messages queues were built up, with final delivery taking longer than expected. No mail was lost as a result. Internal messages from BU Office 365 accounts to other BU Office 365 accounts are not impacted.

Email delivery to @bu.edu addresses is currently delayed. Clients may notice that any messages sent externally to BU email addresses have not yet delivered. Internal messages from BU Office 365 accounts to other BU Office 365 accounts are not impacted.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
