Description of Impact
Our course evaluation platform had been experiencing intermittent outages recently.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident by performing an emergency maintenance in collaboration with the vendor today.
Additional Information
The evaluation platform is now up and running so students can continue submitting evaluations as normal.

Description of Impact
Course Evaluations are unavailable.
Current Status
To resolve this issue, the Blue Course Evaluations will be completely shut down while the Educational Technology Platform team makes an emergency upgrade to the system. This upgrade was scheduled for tonight, but at the request of the client, and with the approval of the Change Advisory Board it was deemed too important to wait. The service will be unavailable after 5pm today (4/23/25) until the update is complete. We estimate that to be less than 2 hours.
