Description of Impact
The AD provisioner was hung and eventually exited with an error that suggested that there was a memory error on the system.Incident Description and Resolution
The IS&T team has resolved the incident.- We rebooted the Grouper system, which led to the AD groups being populated successfully.
- The cause of the issue is still under investigation.
