Description of Impact

We are aware that some users are experiencing difficulties accessing Outlook on the web and possibly other ADFS-protected sites. Users report receiving an “Incorrect user ID or password” error message, despite being able to authenticate successfully on other platforms, such as bu.edu/myidentity. Our team is investigating the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
