Beginning Saturday June 1, 2024, a storage quota will be enforced on all BU Google accounts..

Google deems “storage” as the total amount of data on Drive, Gmail with attachments, Shared Drives, and Photos.

Storage quotas will implemented as follows:

• Faculty/Emeritus accounts: 150GB
• Student accounts: 15GB
• Staff accounts: 15GB
• Retiree accounts: 15GB
• Affiliate/Departmental accounts: 15GB
