IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a side effect of a planned change that occurred this morning. This incident started actually around 7:45 this morning with the introduction of new production WordPress servers in the change window, and ended at 10:30 with corrected configuration being sent out.
