Description of Impact
Softphones (Webex, Jabber) were intermittently working. Clients who are part of a call center could only have 1 or 2 people who could connect, and the rest could not.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating and working with the vendor to resolve this.
