Description of Impact

Guided BUying through BUworks was unavailable. Clients attempting to access the procurement portal encountered an authentication error that prompted them to return to the Ariba login page.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident by updating a required certificate to match an updated vendor certificate.

Current Status

The outage appears to be related to a certificate change. IS&T is working with the vendor now to investigate.
