Description of Impact
ServiceNow was unavailable to a majority of those who use the ticketing system. The majority of ServiceNow functionality has been restored. As memory is increased, more functions will come back online.

IS&T teams worked with the vendor to resolve the incident.

The cause of this incident is under investigation. You may need to log out and back into ServiceNow.
