Resolved: Some Software Install Downloads Unavailable on TechWeb

Description of Impact

The server responsible for providing software installation files, such as JMP, SPSS, Crowdstrike, and legacy Microsoft software was unavailable. Clients attempting to download these files from Techweb encountered the message “ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. Linked software installation files across TechWeb should now work as expected.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
