Description of Impact
Blackboard Learn was intermittently unavailable, and was either displaying an Error 503, or failing to load for clients.

The vendor has implemented a fix to resolve the issue.

Blackboard Learn is experiencing degraded performance. Clients attempting to access Blackboard Learn are encountering an error message: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable, or slow loading times.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. The vendor has been notified.
Additional Information
There are no current workarounds to this issue.
