Resolved: MyPrint Web Print Service Issues

Incident Discovery Time: 01:37pm on 12/19/2017 Time of Resolution: 04:07pm on 12/19/2017 Services Impacted: MyPrint

Print jobs submitted to the MyPrintColor queue via MyPrint Web Print timed out. MyPrint printing directly from computers was not impacted.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
