Please be advised that BUworks Services will have scheduled outages over the weekends of December 2nd and December 9th to perform software updates. These updates are required to bring the BUworks software to the current support level, as well as provide the necessary payroll and accounts payable tax updates for producing W-2 and 1099 forms in January.

Service outages affecting the BUworks Portal, SAP GUI and Business Warehouse reporting are planned as follows:

• 7 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2016 through 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 3rd. The Business Warehouse services will be restored by Sunday morning, December 4th.
• 7 p.m. on Friday, December 09, 2016 through 1 p.m. on Sunday, December 11, 2016.

Please plan accordingly for these outages.  Services such as viewing pay stubs or requesting time off will be unavailable during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause.
