Description of Impact

ServiceNow was inaccessible. Clients received a “Web Login Service – Stale Request” error message when attempting to access ServiceNow.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a stale configuration setting within ServiceNow that was unexpectedly activated during a planned change this morning. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
