Description of Impact

Echo360 service was intermittently degraded or unavailable. Clients were unable to schedule recordings and had difficulty viewing existing recordings.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident with vendor assistance.

Additional Information

Please note: The feature used for scheduling recordings remains unavailable while IS&T teams and the vendor are determining the root cause of this issue.
