Description of Impact
Web account and Web account query services have been restored. This outage impacted clients logging in to Blackboard, and Sharelink as well as CADER.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be hardware failure on server Software30.

Resolved: Currently clients with web accounts can’t log into Blackboard Learn and Share Link
Current Status
IS&T teams have resolved the cause of the incident. It is hardware related and are working toward resolution.
