Description of Impact
ServiceNow was not sending out notifications, client replies, external emails, or scheduled reports following this morning’s maintenance release.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident by backing out the maintenance release.
Additional Information
Investigation is underway to see if messages sent during this incident can still be sent out.
