Description of Impact
Weblogin authenticated services were unavailable. These include but are not limited to Blackboard, BUworks (SAP), WordPress, BU Google Mail, MyPrint, ServiceNow, and The Links.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The affected server has been taken out of service.
