Issues with recordings in Echo360 ESS requires Echo360 restart overnight

New recordings added to Echo360 since Tuesday 3:45 aren’t appearing in the list that is displayed on logging into the ESS (the “Echoes” tab). You can, however, see all available recordings if you browse to Monitor > Captures. (Note that narrowing the search results by date, presenter, or room is most practical, as the list may include upcoming scheduled recordings.) Clicking any recording listed there will lead to a page that contains a “Presentation ID” – that ID is linked to the familiar page that lists the recordings public URL and that provides tools for editing the recording, etc.
To restore normal display of recordings in the “Echoes” tab, we’ll need to restart service. The work will start at 5:45 expected to be finished by 6:15 AM. During that time all Echo360 services (including playback) will be interrupted.
