Services-impacted: Some Web Login related services were unavailable
Description of Impact
Web Login related services were intermittently unavailable. Additionally, the ability to update websites within www.bu.edu was disabled during this incident.
Resolution and additional Information
IS&T have restored both Web Login services as well as the ability to write to websites. Clients may need to completely close their web browser and re-open it if they continue to have any issues authenticating.

Current Status:
IS&T staff are currently in the process of resolving the issues with Web Login. If issues are experienced, closing the affected web browser and re-starting it should resolve the issue.
