Description of Impact
All services utilizing WebLogin authentication were unavailable. These included: Blackboard 8, Blackboard Vista, The Links, ACS Horde Webmail, and WordPress

Incident Description and Resolution
WebLogin service has been fully restored.

Additional Information
Clients may need to completely close their web browser and re-open it if they continue to have issues authenticating.
