Description of Impact

Some components of OnBase were unavailable. Documents were not available for retrieval or viewing. In addition, batch processing and scanning could not take place.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident by restoring the service from backup.

Additional Information

The backup restored data from Friday, 11/2/2012, just after 12AM. Affected clients will be contacted directly with instructions to re-input documents from Friday’s business day forward that might have been created manually and will need to be reprocessed.

Expected restoration of service has been delayed. IS&T teams are restoring the service again and expect it to be restored this evening.
