Clients attempting to reset their password encountered an error message when attempting to do so. The message stated a serious error occurred, and to contact your administrator.

Clients are encountering an error message when attempting password resets via https://www.bu.edu/myaccount. The message states a serious error has occurred, and to contact your administrator.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

There is not a workaround for this issue; password resets will resume once the service is restored. Next Update: Upon Resolution.
