Description of Impact
Clients were receiving login errors when trying to various applications, such as the SCC and BU Works.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be an incorrect gateway on one of the 7 login servers that caused a problem after it was restarted last night.

Clients are reporting intermittent log in issues with a variety of applications.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. Since the problem is intermittent, clients are encouraged to try a different browser, an incognito window or clearing your browser cache. (https://www.bu.edu/tech/support/browsers/clear-cache/)
