Description of Impact

Due to an issue with the support packs, there has been an issue identified with time entry.

Incident Description and Resolution

The issue has been resolved with the implementation of a fix provided by SAP. The fix has been successfully implemented by IS&T, HR, and Payroll departments. As a result, service has returned to normal. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
