Description of Impact

Multiple BU services were down, including BUWorks, mainframe programs, Cisco expressway (call center) phones and voice mail, Vcenters and some websites like the BU Links.

Description of Impact

The Links and BU Works websites are down, mainframe services, the ad-admin vpn, etc. Unfortunately, the IS&T Service Desk phones are down as well.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. Next Update: 03:30pm
