Description of Impact
Clients attempting to access ShareLink using BU Webaccounts were encountering the error message: “QIDB Lookup failed. Ret CD:-3 (followed by account-specific information)”.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
Additional Information
There is no workaround for access to ShareLink, however, normal Student Accounting activities can be completed through a student’s access to StudentLink using a Kerberos (@bu.edu) account.
