Services Impacted: Office 365
Description of Impact
Some clients were unable to access files within Microsoft 365 services. Excel files in Onedrive in particular have been reported to be affected. Clients who were previously logged in did not experience any problems.
Current Status
Microsoft has resolved the issue.

Clients may be unable to access files within Microsoft 365 services. Excel files in Onedrive in particular have been reported to be affected.
Current Status
Microsoft has acknowledged that there is a problem with Office 365 and they have recently implemented a mitigation. Some clients are letting us know that they are now able to get in to see their files.
